1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using Sales Hive (“Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

    2. Definitions

      “Service” refers to the cloud-based CRM software provided by Digital Hive. – “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing the Service. – “Company” refers to Digital Hive, the provider of the Service.

      3. License Grant

        Digital Hive grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

        4. User Responsibilities

          You agree to:

          1. Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
          2. Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
          3. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
          4. Notify Digital Hive of any unauthorized use of your account.

          5. Prohibited Activities

            You may not:

            1. Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws.
            2. Share, sublicense, or resell the Service to third parties.
            3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

            6. Fees and Payment

            1. Subscription fees are billed as per the plan selected.
            2. Payment is due immediately upon signup.
            3. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

            7. Data Ownership and Privacy

            1. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (“User Data”).
            2. Digital Hive will not access or use User Data except as necessary to provide the Service.
            3. Digital Hive adheres to its Privacy Policy to protect User Data.

            8. Intellectual Property

            1. The Service, including all software and content, is owned by Digital Hive and is protected by intellectual property laws.
            2. You may not use Digital Hive’s trademarks or branding without explicit written permission.

            9. Service Availability

            1. Digital Hive strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
            2. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect Service availability.

            10. Termination

            1. Digital Hive may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violations of this Agreement or failure to pay fees.
            2. Upon termination, your access to User Data may be limited. Ensure you back up your data regularly.

            11. Limitation of Liability

            To the fullest extent permitted by law:

            1. Digital Hive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
            2. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the last six months.

            12. Disclaimer of Warranties

              The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

              13. Modifications

                Digital Hive reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Changes will be communicated via email or the Service dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

                14. Governing Law

                  This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gurugram.

                    16. Entire Agreement

                      This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the Service and supersedes all prior agreements.

                      Acknowledgment

                      By clicking “Accept” or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
